All OPSUS solutions begin with the MAGIC: Map & Report. We review your team's operations with our proprietary scoring system, the MAGIC Matrix. This system allows us to review a variety of data points, document areas of need, along with what is working.
We create a comprehensive report and present the findings to you and your team. During this time, we review areas for growth and provide 'maps' to achieve OPSUS. Essentially, everything that is needed to work on necessary changes.

MAGIC: Team Review
Our people solution.
The MAGIC: Team Review is a complimentary solution, which reviews and analyzes your team members' positions, including roles and responsibilities. We meet, one-on-one, with you and then with your team, taking notes and asking questions. We prepare your team prior to, letting them know the expectations.
We create a separate report that focuses on their roles and responsibilities, to determine what is working and areas for consideration, to ensure job descriptions make the responsibilities and where to enact redundancy.

MAGIC: Excellence in Operations (EIO) Program
Our turnkey solution.
The Magic: EIO Program is our most involved solution, where we assist in the implementation of the 'maps' and team review. With coaching and guidance, we'll help to ensure your team stays on track, during the process.
We guide your team on contributing to an SOP, by providing guidelines, milestones, and achievable timelines for them to complete their portion. We coach your team through the new processes and how to continue continuity of implementation and operations. OPSUS is a continuous process, not a one and done.
We collaborate with you and your Human Resources (HR) partner to find solutions for adjustments to job descriptions and roles.
Continuity support: Once complete, we'll schedule check-ins with you to ensure everything is on track.
